Pricing We do our very best to ensure that all prices are up to date and as accurate as possible, however with market fluctuations and technical issues beyond our control sometimes we will be unable to correct these issues before they reach the consumer. In an effort to protect the consumer and ourselves in the event of a pricing issue or technical issue we will reserve the right to cancel any order or buy order before it is processed on our end. In the event that we would need to cancel an order for any reason we will issue a full refund as soon as possible and provide an explanation for the cancellation. In the event of dramatic price increases due to announcements or format changes within a game we reserve the right to cancel the order and make any necessary price adjustments. We are a small company so in some cases this may take days for us to get the prices adjusted correctly. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Buylist We appreciate your business and in most cases we would love to buy your cards, however we reserve the right to cancel or not process a buy order in the event of dramatic market fluctuations or technical issues. If all or part of a buy order is going to be rejected we will do our best to provide an explanation. If upon receiving your items for a buy order if some or all of the items are believed to be counterfeit or do not meet the condition provided we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue with you.

Out of Stock Items In the event an item you have purchased is out of stock all together or out of stock in the condition you have requested we will do our best to resolve the issue with you before cancelling your order. We will do our best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date at all times, however mistakes happen and we will do our best to address those with you.

Return Policy If for any reason you would like to return a product you have purchased with us, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Not all product will be allowed to be returned, however we will do our best to resolve the issue to all parties satisfaction.

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
